Option 01

Full Immersion Clinic

Quote on request / varies by size & length

Three to five days of immersive unmounted and mounted instruction for 5–8 participants. Individual and group sessions, daily theory discussions, and ongoing feedback throughout. The deepest learning format available.

Private Individual Clinic

From €550 / $450 USD / half day · travel extra

Sam comes to your facility for one-on-one intensive instruction. Half days (3½ hrs) or full days (7 hrs). Work with one or more of your horses at your own pace with undivided attention throughout.

Custom Clinic

Quote on request / your facility

Host a clinic at your own facility for a group of participants. You organize, Sam teaches. A 40% host discount applies to your own participant fee. Reach out with your participant count, preferred length, and dates.

How Payment Works

Simple, secure, and handled entirely online

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due prior to the first day of the clinic.

All payments are processed online directly through Alternative Horsemanship — no cash, no checks. For Full Immersion and Custom clinics, the host does not collect money on behalf of participants.

Fill out the form to register for a clinic. The scheduling team reviews each submission and will confirm your spot and send payment instructions within 1–2 business days.

If you are registering for a Full Immersion or Custom clinic, include the clinic date and location in the notes field. If you are unsure which date to register for, email scheduling first to confirm availability.

For Private Individual clinics, submit three preferred weekend date options and Sam's team will confirm the best fit based on her schedule.

Confirmation Email

The scheduling team reviews your submission and sends a confirmation within 1–2 business days. Add scheduling@learnhorses.com to your safe senders.

Pre-Clinic Details

You'll receive clinic-specific location and dates. Pay the 50% participant deposit fee to reserve your spot. instructions will be included in your confirmation email

Balance Due

The remaining 50% Participant balance is due two (2) months before the first day of the clinic. A Final Payment reminder email including the schedule, facility rules, what to bring, and any preparation notes — will be sent two months prior to the clinic.
