With 30 years of experience as an equine professional, I specialize in helping horses and riders overcome challenges by fostering trust, clarity, and emotional resilience. My work focuses on translating misunderstood equine behavior into a shared language that strengthens the connection between horses and humans.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with rejected, misunderstood, troubled, and dangerous horses—each reflecting gaps in their education and emotional experiences. Taking the time to meet the horse in the moment is a humbling process that shapes one’s personal perspective, communication skills, and emotional self-regulation.
Working with sensitive, wild, and young horses requires patience, adaptability, and awareness—skills that directly translate to leadership, team-building, and personal development. Through this work, individuals often discover empathy, clarity, and confidence that extend far beyond the arena.
I’ve taught equine enthusiasts around the world, supporting riders and non-riders alike through challenges such as PTSD, physical limitations, emotional struggles, severe fear, and mindset barriers. I also work with returning riders, internationally competitive students, and recreational equine enthusiasts.
For thousands of years, horses have inspired, challenged, and shaped human history. As I shared my experiences with equine enthusiasts and non-horse audiences, I was repeatedly told that my teaching approach, reflections, and storytelling offered a profound and motivating perspective.
After years of teaching at horse expos and offering live demonstrations, I accepted an invitation to speak at a corporate retreat—my first non-horse speaking event. The response was overwhelmingly positive, opening the door to what has now become nearly a decade of motivational speaking engagements. Today, I continue sharing the lessons horses teach us about connection, self-awareness, leadership, and communication.
